How fast are deposits processed?
Average Processing Time for Deposits depends on the Payment system you are using:
BTC deposits require 3 blockchain confirmations* which usually takes around 30 minutes;
ERC-20 tokens require 25 blockchain confirmations which usually takes around 5-6 minutes;
TRC-20 tokens require 25 confirmations on the TRON blockchain which usually takes around 1 minute.
In order to check your transaction status you can copy the Transaction ID from your wallet and find it into the blockchain. After its status changes to success your deposit will be credited to the trading account.
*Confirmation means that the transaction has been processed by the network and is highly unlikely to be reversed. Transactions receive a confirmation when they are included in a block and then for each subsequent block.
